This software is licensed to you under the terms of this license agreement. This is a legal agreement between you (an individual hereinafter referred to as “you”) and Scoutwest, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “manufacturer”) for this computer software product and accompanying explanatory written materials. By installing, logging in, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the software, you agree to the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, you may not use, install, log in, or copy this software and you should promptly notify the manufacturer.
You may not rent, lease, or sublicense the software to third parties. Further, you agree to not visibly display license codes on a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet. You agree to not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software. You agree to not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, registered mark, or other proprietary notices on any copies of the software. You acknowledge and agree that the use of the software is at your own risk. The software is provided “as is” and without any warranty or any kind. In no event will the manufacturer be liable to you for any direct, consequential, incidental or special damages, or for any claim by a third party. The manufacturer may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the software.
