The "airport" screen in the video below lists work orders with their current status. You'll get shop floor status of all your work orders and jobs.
See who performed the work, when it was done, and where jobs are right now. All work orders with recent status are listed. If anybody has scanned a borcode or RFID, or even enter hours manually, that job will show up in the list.

Q: What is in the "Job" field?
A: The job column in the list can contain projects or work orders. You can choose to display the "Project" field or Text 1, Text 2, or Text 3. If you scan into once of those fields, it can be used to group time logs for the purposes of this display list.
Q: How often does the work order list update?
A: The list updates every 15 seconds. Any barcode scan, RFID scan, or even manual time log input will show up within 15 seconds of entry. This makes sure you have the latest shop floor status at all times.
Q: Which field shows the department my job is in?
A: You can use the Text 1, Text 2, or Text 3 field for department. The list is configurable to use any field for the department.
Q: Can I find only the jobs performed by a certain department?
A: Yes, just choose the workgroup or indivudual user from a dropdown list at the bottom of the window.
Q: Can I fill the whole screen with the shop floor status window?
A: Yep, just click the "Maximize" button in the window. The screen will fill the entire window. You can also make the font larger so you can see the list from a distance. That lets everybody nearby see the current status of their work orders.
Q: Do you need to use a timer for this to work?
A: No, but all barcode and RFID scans start a timer. The work order list will work fine using manual entry, or even entry from Android and iOS mobile apps in the field. You can hide the "Timer" column if you're not using it.
Q: How can I see employee status?
A: There is another window that displays recent status by employ rather than job. Choose View, Employee Status to see that window. It's the same concept, but lists all recent work by employee rather than job or work order. You see when the last time an employee worked, and what job was performed.
